The room was clean and in a great location. However the check-in was difficult and it is a little misleading that this is a hotel. It isn’t- it’s more like an AirBnB. The description said there was a champagne welcome and a spa but there isn’t even a lobby with human beings.

Loved the hotel and the staff. Great location next to metro for easy access to Linate airport. The only challenge we had was finding the entrance which is a bit tucked away and neither Apple Maps nor google maps accurately portray the location. This hotel is ideal if you want to stay within the city centre. Literally 2 minutes walking to Il Duomo on a bustling Corso Vittorio Emanuele.The only drawback we experienced was that the rooms are very small, otherwise everything was excellent
