Casa Francesca is part of the Case Ospitali network, a network of apartments managed by hospitality professionals.
It’s a three-room apartment on the 4th floor with elevator, with a living room with a French sofa bed, a double bedroom, a study with a single sofa bed, a kitchen and two bathrooms, one with shower and one with bathtub. A nice balcony from light to the whole house and on request there is a garage for the car. The second bathroom is equipped with washing machine and dryer, in the apartment there is air conditioning, free wifi and two smart TVs that complete the offer. In the kitchen the Nespresso coffee machine and all appliances are available to prepare meals and breakfasts. The apartment is in a quiet residential area with large common areas and is perfect for short or long stays, for a family, business colleagues or group of friends.
The spaces in the Francesca house have been studied and optimized for a pleasant stay, without giving up anything, in fact, there are also large closets for those staying for a longer period. Air conditioning and free Wi-Fi complete the offer.
Area well served by public transport (Z402 leading to the Cernusco Sul Naviglio M2 stop, the Pioltello Railway Passante and 965), surrounded by greenery with large natural parks connected by bike paths and full of services.
In a new and modern residential complex in Pioltello, Casa Francesca is located on the 4th floor with elevator and no architectural barrier to access, therefore suitable for those seeking great comfort in domestic spaces.
A perfect home for families or for those who want a quiet working space, because it has two bedrooms and two comfortable bathrooms. Kitchen in separate compartment. A large balcony allows you to relax at the end of the day on the cozy armchairs. Air conditioning. Box on request.
