First and foremost I must say the staff were amazing couldn’t have been more helpful if they tried, however the hotel is outdated and clearly not worthy of the 4 stars they are given, on my first night I had to change rooms twice firstly as there were dirty tissues left scattered across the cupboards showing cleaning had not been done properly and secondly there was no WiFi service or accessible plug sockets-none European plus, it is stated free WiFi on the hotel however this was running at 17mpbs at the best of times this is 10 times lower than the average in Milan not good enough, only half the jets in the jaccuzi were working, cracks in things like the floor and bidet and shower and dust on top of the bed around the side of the jaccuzi, it is also not accessible on foot (unless you want to cross a busy road which I had to do) you must then walk through a canal like area to get to the main town which is lovely and very homely and friendly, overall I’d say my stay was below adequate the bare essentials were missing and you cannot make up for those with a half arsed jacuzzi wouldn’t stay again if it was free
