The apartment is located at Corso Como 12 , in the inner, very quiet and private part of the building, which is equipped with an elevator. As soon as you step outside, you'll find yourself in the heart of Milan’s lively nightlife scene, surrounded by design boutiques, trendy bars, and renowned restaurants. Just a few minutes’ walk away are Garibaldi Station , metro stops M2 and M5 , and the iconic Bosco Verticale . The Brera district , Isola , and Piazza Gae Aulenti are also within easy walking distance, making the location ideal for both exploring the city and getting around with ease.
The apartment is spread over two levels : accessible by elevator to the third floor , where you'll enter into a small hallway leading to a living room , a fully equipped kitchen , and a bathroom with shower . A wooden staircase leads to the upper floor , which features a spacious bedroom with a double bed , a French bed , and a small sofa. Here you’ll also find a second full en-suite bathroom , complete with washing machine, dryer, ironing board , and iron .
The entire home is equipped with all the essentials, including hairdryer, straightener, independent heating, Wi-Fi , and a kitchen with gas stove, microwave, Nespresso machine, dishwasher, toaster, kettle , and a fridge with freezer . City Tax: € 9,50 per person per night to pay at check-in for a maximum of 14 nights


Tourist tax: In accordance with local regulations, the Municipality may apply a tourist tax.

Failure to pay the tourist tax, if applicable, may result in the cancellation of the reservation, as it is a mandatory requirement set by the Municipality.

Check-in: To receive the detailed instructions on how to reach the accommodation, it is necessary to complete the fast check-in procedure (guest registration, possible payment of the tourist tax, and contract signing).
The official check-in time is from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM.
Access to the accommodation outside this time frame is not permitted unless previously agreed in writing and subject to the payment of an early check-in or late check-in supplement.
