Lovely one-bedroom apartment of about 65 sq m, located on the ground floor within a quiet courtyard house. Ideal for couples, friends and families.

On the ground floor is the living and dining area with TV, a large double sofa bed and the fully equipped open kitchen with refrigerator, oven and dishwasher.
On the upper floor which is accessed by a marble staircase we find a large and bright double bedroom with closet and chest of drawers and adjacent to the bedroom the bathroom, with shower.
The accommodation is very close to the new Galeazzi hospital and the Rho Fair ( it is about 5 km away that can be covered in 8 minutes by car).
The Rho Fiera subway station is about 6 km away that can also be reached by a regular bus 150 meters from the accommodation, with a few stops.
Nearby is a pharmacy, a pizzeria, and the Lidt supermarket about 2 km away.
