I had a great stay at Hotel Milano Eleven! The location is absolutely perfect for exploring the city, and the staff were incredibly helpful and welcoming throughout our visit. The overall vibe is wonderful, though I noticed that some areas could use a bit of a refresh/renovation. Also, while the room was generally clean, it could benefit from a more thorough deep cleaning in the corners and higher surfaces to keep the dust away. Overall, it was a lovely experience and I’d definitely stay here again for the amazing hospitality and convenience!

The two women concierge were incredibly helpful, the room and bathroom was beautiful, bed was so comfortable, and we felt very safe! Location is wonderful right near the Duomo. Would definitely stay here again and tell all our friends to do the same!

I would like to give it a perfect score but the cleaning needs improvement. We had to walk on our socks because the floors were dirty, the shower weren’t that clean. But the location is perfect and the very easy communication with the staff.
