Its complete lack of care or respect from the host, not providing any information or even checking. I had to call and remind the host and initially she couldnt confirm. Then I had to wait 45 mins in cold for her to give me keys, and worst part she wasnt even sorry about it. There was no mention of room being on 2nd floor without any lift. It was paiful to drag heavy luggage through the stairs without any light. Glass door has no handle and need keys to even open from inside. Too much anxiety! God forbid if you lock yourself, then you are screwed. Beds were uncomfortable and thermostat had weird setting and temperature kept dropping to 16C (61F), my son was shivering in the night. First night she left windows open and I saw few mosquitos. Overall it was a horrible experience and complete waste of money.

Bel appartement dans un beau quartier

Appartement très propre. Plusieurs restaurants et une pâtisserie sur la même rue. Quartier tranquille! À 5 minutes du métro et des tramways. Vaut le déplacement!

Des vacances de rêve

Lors de notre arrivée nous avons rencontré notre hôte qui nous a très gentiment accueilli. Elle nous a donné des conseils de visites.L'appartement était très propre et très fonctionnel. Il est décoré avec beaucoup de goût. Rien ne manque.Il se situe dans un quartier très calme où l'on peut trouver de nombreux restaurants et de petits commerces alimentaires.Les transports en commun sont très proches... Et à partir de là nous avons pu nous déplacer partout dans Milan..Nous recommandons fortement cette location pour des touristes qui voudraient découvrir Milan.
