Though compact in size, the apartment is thoughtfully arranged and truly cozy. The open-plan living space includes a fully equipped kitchen and an extendable dining table, while the sleeping area is stylishly separated, creating two distinct yet harmonious zones. The large sofa also converts into a comfortable extra bed—perfect for a third guest or even a second couple.
The bathroom is new, well-finished, and functional. The highlight of the home is the charming balcony, overlooking San Siro—a perfect spot for a traditional Italian aperitivo.
Just steps from the building (approx. 20 meters) you'll find everything you need: café, bakery, butcher, greengrocer, pharmacy, and more. A large Esselunga supermarket is 10 minutes away on foot, and the M5 (Lilla line) metro stop is just 4 minutes’ walk, making the rest of the city easily accessible.
