Victor House is an apartment for vacation or short rent in Milan, in the Corvetto area, on a small square less than 300 meters away from the metro stop, yellow line.
The apartment is a penthouse located on the 5th floor. There are: air conditioning, washing machine, dishwasher and electric oven, hair dryer, TV and heating. Pets are allowed.

The apartment is comfortable and spacious, located on the 5th floor with elevator and arranged on two levels, connected from the inside by spiral staircase.
The living area consists of living room with open kitchen equipped with induction hob, table and chairs, double sofa bed. The living room has a balcony overlooking the park in front of the condominium.
From the living room a corridor leads to 1 double bedroom with full shower room. A room with a spiral staircase leads to the upper floor, a characteristic attic with a sloping wooden roof under which is located 1 double bedroom and 1 single sofa bed and a shower room.

The short-stay apartment Victor House is an apartment located in a small square in the Corvetto area, a neighborhood undergoing redevelopment projects, south of Milan.
You can park your car in the area in front of the apartment. In the immediate vicinity there are all the main commercial activities, as well as the stop of some bus lines.
The Corvetto subway stop is less than 300 meters from the apartment and makes it possible to reach the center of Milan in just a few stops.



- Self check-in instructions will be sent by mail or wsapp.
- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 7.30 am to 10am). An extra payment for late check-in upon request is required: euro 25 (from 8pm to 12am); euro 30 (from 12am to 01am); euro 45 (from 01am to 02am).
- No one other than registered guests may enter the apartment, not even for a short period of time.
- It is forbidden to smoke and organize parties.
- The apartment is located in a condominium and it is forbidden to make noises that could disturb the neighbors between 10pm and 8am.
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- Extra cleaning fee for pets euro 30 to pay upon arrival.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro. 
- The elevator is not yet working.
