Bright & modern 2BR/2BA flat in Milan's NoLo district. Fully equipped, AC in all rooms, metro & tram just steps away.
The apartment is located in a quiet, well-maintained building on the second floor (above the ground floor). Each bedroom includes a comfortable double bed (between a US queen and king), a spacious wardrobe, and large windows that let in plenty of natural light.
There is no elevator, but the stairs are comfortable and easy to climb.
Perfect for families or groups up to 6.
No smoking. If any sign of smoking is detected by the host, an additional cleaning fee of €100 will be applied
No pets
No parties
No vacuuming or making loud noise after 10pm (showering and flushing toilets is fine though)
Please take good care of the apartment and appliances; if damage does occur please notify me as soon as possible. Please note that you are liable for any damage caused by you or any of your guests.
Children are welcome, but please ensure they do not damage the property.

Before you leave:
Trash
You must take out all your trash and leave it in the appropriate bins in the condominium before you check out. Under no circumstances should you throw the trash from the apartment in the public trash cans. Doing so will subject you to fines.
Linens :
You may leave your sheets on the bed and towels hung in the bathroom, but please let us know in advance if there are any major stains/issues.
Check-in :
We always prefer to welcome you in person to introduce you to the property and ensure a smooth arrival.
Check-in is available from 15:00 to 19:00. If your flight or train arrives later, please send me a message so we can arrange a late check-in.
Checkout :
7:00-11:00 (if your flight/train leaves earlier please message me so we can arrange an earlier checkout)
We cannot store your luggage, but we can provide names of places where you can store your luggage near the Centrale Train Station.

Isäntä edellyttää, että suoritat seuraavat toimet ennen uloskirjautumista:
Täytä astianpesukone ja käynnistä se
Poista petivaatteet käytetyistä sängyistä ja kerää käytetyt pyyhkeet
Poista henkilökohtaiset tavarat, poista tähteeksi jääneet ruoat ja juomat ja vie roskat ulos
Sammuta valot, lukitse ovet ja palauta avaimet
Jos et toimi näiden ohjeiden mukaisesti, saatat saada majoittajalta negatiivisen arvostelun.
