Loved the pool and splash pad for the kids. We paid extra for a poolside room, but once we went out the door, we could not get back in. Was told to walk all the way around, which defeats the extra we paid. The from desk ladies were super nice!

Perfect place to stay with our pet. We were there for two nights. The place was extremely clean and comfortable, and the staff was very friendly. They have also swimming pools for adults and for kids and a huge hot tub, although we did not have the chance to enjoy them. Definitely recommending the place.

We just got back home from a stay there and it was absolutely disgusting. The room was not clean and when we woke up in the morning we saw a dead roach and saw one climbing on the wall. We stayed in room 1062 poolside.

Property was ok. Cleaning staff not that good floors in room were not cleaned properly bathroom had hair in the tub and the tub would clog after showering along with the bathroom sink clog after using it otherwise set up of room was ok.. need to pay attention to detail cleaning a lot of areas were skipped or ignored..

I stay here often before I fly out of MKE. It has always been a nonsmoking hotel. I never smell anyone smoking because this Comfort Suites enforces their nonsmoking rule. Great place to stay.
