Room was very clean, modern, spacious and quiet! Bed and pillows were comfortable. One small detail noticed in the bathroom was a generous supply of towels and washcloths. The personal note from the cleaners and mints on the beds was an added bonus! The staff was friendly, answered our questions. The pool being closed for repairs was communicated through multiple emails and texts before our state and during our stay, so we could be prepared. This is a wonderful hotel!

The rooms probably could have used a facelift about 6 years ago, the staff were SO RUDE, the pool was shut down, and I can’t stress this enough- the staff were absolutely terrible.

It was not let known that the pool was under construction prior to booking the room as the hotel pool system looks like it's been out of order for a while I feel that it should be on the website that the pool is unavailable until this date knowing that we are having a huge block of kids coming to their hotel so better communication would have been appreciative I would not recommend staying here The breakfast was okay

We arrived and pool was under construction and looks to have been unavailable for some time. This was not reported in the listing nor in the text messages we received prior to our stay. Other hotel guests also raised concern and were granted a discount but then hotel management said they would not honor the discount when we followed up upon leaving today. We shall be in communication with our banks over this as we feel this was a bait and switch. One other hotel guest also found syringes on top of the mirror in their bathroom and hotel only granted a room change after the family pushed for it and no other compensation so I’d recommend booking another location.

This property was asking enough for a nightly rate to be significantly better than it turned out to be. We registered with 3 people in a suite. The facility did not have a pullout couch. When we asked for a rollaway, they said they may have one available but they were not sure since we “checked in so long ago.” FYI, we went to supper after we checked in and were gone for about an hour. The rollaway the brought was covered in stains. The heating system only worked in part of the suite, unless you turned on an ungodly loud fan between the rooms. The bathroom was not well cleaned, and did not have appropriate towels. Overall, we expected more from a Country Inn & Suites.

Several falls due to uneven pavement at entrance

My husband fell 4 times at the entrance due to uneven pavement in need of repair. My sister's room had a toilet that would not flush. I spoke with the desk person upon check out and voiced the above-mentioned concerns, he said, "well this is my last night so..." It was a bad experience from check in to check out. Would not recommend. We stopped at the Mayo in Rochester on the way home to get my husband checked out from all of the falls.

Front desk staff were both very helpful. Breakfast was good and person cooking and keeping food fresh was awesome! Hotel smelled pretty strong of chlorine. Beds comfortable. Elevator needs a deep cleaning - stains on walls. Rooms fine for cleanliness (few dust bunnies hanging from ceiling)

I stay in hotels most weeks and this by far was one of the worst as far as cleanliness. I would not stay here again.
