The television did not work. The staff were unable to fix or replace. The toilet seat was totally off kilter and not attached on both sides. This should have been obvious to housekeeping staff at the very least. Beds very uncomfortable and air conditioner extremely noisy.

0 Cleanliness. Uncomfortable bed. Super expensive for what you get. Hair on bathtub, water wouldn’t go down, it was disgusting. Weird stains on the walls, ripped wallpaper, super stained carpet. Sticky stuff on the bathroom sink, built up dust in every corner. Mold on AC vent. Old vending machines that take your money. Way too hot on the hallways. I have stayed in $60-80/night hotels wayyy better than this place. Overall bad experience, very ghetto… Good things: microwave, mini fridge, free parking even though it’s shady and there is no cameras.

Easy access to room. Hotel is a bit of a maze but is clearly marked For EV users, there are 120v outlets but sadly none of them work. Fixing this would be a major plus

Better than expected

The staff was so helpful. We came a day early and they were able to get us a room that we could stay in for the entire stay. Despite being almost sold out. It was nicer tgan expected. Could use a softer bed.

Ac in our room doesnt work, there was a dead bettle on our floor. 3 remotes for one TV. There is something all over our ceiling and its just a sketchy and depressing hotel.

The room was not clean, there was toothpaste all over the sink, faucet, counter and even the lid for the ice bucket. The toilet seat was up and looked like the t hadn’t been cleaned in a while and there was hair in the shower. Also the carpets were dirty, the wallpaper was peeling off the wall. Needs a good upgrade, and a deep clean. If it hadn’t been so late when we checked in after being on the road for almost 14 hours we probably would have went somewhere else. Also Kevin at the front desk seemed annoyed that we were there and he had to work, also did not inform us there was a second remote in a desk drawer to work the volume on the t.v

I arrived to a room that had not been cleaned at! It had a terrible smell to it, sticky stuff all over EVERY surface, smears all over the mirror. My second room was honestly not any better - the bathtub was covered in someone else’s beard hair, there was a razor guard on the floor, the towels were used yet folded and put back on the shelf (they smelled like men’s deodorant at the top where you wrap it around yourself. I also had no hot water through my entire stay. The safe stopped working completely. The tv remote batteries were dead on arrival. The housekeeping staff woke me at 9:30 in the morning to clean my room then when I came back to a “clean” room, the bedding had just been tossed on the bed (not made) and the dirty towels had been folded and put back on the shelf once again. It was honestly all a hot mess. Used to stay here, but wow it is incredibly dirty now and I would never recommend it to anyone.
