Frangista beach has a artificial reef to explore. Check the internet for more informations on the Miramar Beach dolphin reef.

No driving required, no golf cart required. Walking distance to Pompano Joes Restaurant, Bad Ass Coffee, Dairy Queen, Pizza, Winery, Beach Stores, Scooter Rentals and so much more!

With ALL its amenities it truly is a home away from home. We provide you with everything but your food and clothes.

With 5 bedrooms (2 King Suites, 1 Queen, 1 Double queen, Bunk room) and 5.5 bathrooms there is plenty of room for comfort and relaxation. It's only a short 3-4 minute walk to beach gate located on our street. We also have a 10x20 backyard swimming pool! Access to our beautiful community pool as well.

If you've never been to Destin, your in for a treat! This private beach is amazing! Since its private it won't be overly crowded. There is so much for vacationers to do in Destin. Harbour walk, Grand Boulevard, Destin Commons, Helicopter rides, water parks, crab island, fishing, museums, shopping, summer concerts and so much more!

The open floor plan on the 1st floor allows for everyone to enjoy the kitchen, dining and family room together.

Laundry room with washer and dryer is on the main floor. Ironing board and iron on premises. Laundry pods provided.

Each bedroom has a private bathroom with cozy linens & towels for your added convenience.

A game room for the children with Xbox, board games, books and all the latest DVD movies (75 to choose from). PacMan Arcade style with classics like Galaga, Galaxian & Dig Dug just added

Pools are a must in the hot Destin summers.
While the ocean is amazing, sometimes it's nice just to have the convenience right at your feet. The ocean can be unpredictable with rip currents or marine life, its always nice to be able to swim in the backyard or community pool

We provide beach towels, beach accessories, such as chairs, cooler, wagon and toys.

Kitchen is well stocked with pots, pans, crock pot, cutlery, utensils and dishes for everyone. A dishwasher to wash it all. Plastic plates, bowls and cups for the little ones.

We try our very best to keep a supply of dishwasher tablets, garbage bags, dish soap, paper towels, coffee filters, laundry soap, toilet paper etc in the house.

Brand new stainless steel appliances and coffee maker. Refrigerator makes crushed or whole ice for those tropical drinks.

Every room has a flat smart screen television with satellite cable.

Family room has 70” television with a DVD player. Perfect for movie night or rainy day.

Photos don't show how spacious the home actually is. There is plenty of room for large groups but cozy enough for smaller groups.

We are a short 4-5 minute walk to the Private Hollywood Street Entrance. The beach has the finest sugar white sand. The crystal clear warm water just makes you want to float and swim all day!

Scenic 98 which is widely known for walkers, joggers and bicyclists. Great way to start and end the day.

Your friends and family will not be disappointed with this very clean, tropical oasis. The neighbourhood is quiet yet so close to all the action. Bike, scooter, golf cart rentals at the corner.

Beach chairs and large umbrella service is available at the beach. If you'd like to order this service you will need to contact La Dolce Vita and provide the address of the home.

Great House, beach to crowded

We loved the house and the neighborhood but were disappointed in the distance of the beach and how crowded it was. We were under the impression that the gate was in the neighborhood and just for the neighborhood especially since it said it was a private beach. We did not know we would have to cross a busy street and that so many other people would have access to the beach. It was very crowded and it was a good thing we rented the beach umbrella and chairs or we would have never been able to sit and see the ocean. The walk was not bad for the adults and the bigger kids but it was alot when you have toddlers and babies.

Perfect for a large family

From booking to checkout, we had the perfect stay. The house was perfect for our large family, including 2 small children. Kitchen well stocked and the beach gear and towels provided was greatly appreciated! We have stayed in Miramar Beach before and loved returning as the beach isn’t too crowded and theres shops and dining within walking distance. Communication and hospitality of the owners was excellent! Will definitely book this property again in the future.

The home has provided everything we needed for a week with 15 family members. ( even extra supplies). The layout was perfect, making our stay comfortable and secure. Great for family

The house was perfect for our family of 12. There was plenty of space for everyone. My kids ages 7 and 9 absolutely loved the game room and pool. They spent most of their time there. The kitchen was fully stocked with essentials and there also plenty of beach towels and beach equipment, chairs and toys for the kids. They obviously had families in mind with the house. Lisa was very responsive as well. We enjoyed everything and it’s a 5 minute walk to the beach.

This is hands down the most accommodating home I have ever stayed in. There is nothing the owners have not thought of to make it a perfect place to stay. Loved our time here!

We had a wonderful vacation in Destin. The house was perfect for us and as advertised with plenty of room. Communication with owners was great. Easy walk to beach. The wagons, chairs and umbrellas provided really made our time at the beach relaxing. Nice to enjoy the pool in the afternoon. Weather was perfect. Just a wonderful rental and area!

Owners thought of everything

Pat and Lisa really thought of everything you didn’t realize you needed or you forgot. Lisa was quick to respond to all correspondence. The home accommodated a lot. Loved having private baths for the bedrooms. Good size rooms. Pool and outdoor area was nice and larger than a lot of others in the area. Let bed that it was on a corner lot. Easy walk to the private beach. Kitchen had plenty of dishes and cookware.

We had a fantastic trip down to Miramar Beach while staying at this home. Everything was well kept. Kitchen and other supplies were well stocked. Easy access to the beaches and restaurants. Pool and large outdoor area along with grill really nice to have as well. We will be back!

Family beach get away

We had a wonderful stay , house and owner were exceptional. The street the house was on however was very busy with traffic . Workers working on other houses and parked in the road made the walk to the beach difficult. Sidewalks would be helpful.

Wonderful Property, Beach Access Could Improve

We had a fantastic stay at this property! It had everything we needed for a comfortable and enjoyable vacation. The house was spacious, well-maintained, and had all the amenities we could ask for. The kitchen was fully equipped, the beds were comfortable, and the living areas were perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. However, the only downside was that the beach access was a bit of a haul. While the property itself was amazing, getting to the beach required a longer walk or drive than we anticipated. It would be great if there were easier access to the beach, especially for families with young children or elderly guests. Overall, we had a wonderful time and would definitely consider staying here again, as long as the beach access is improved.

Amazing house & beach. Definitely recommend!

We had a large group of 7 adults & 9 kids, so we were curious to see how this would turn out. The house was clean, updated, and had plenty of rooms/beds for everyone. The WiFi was great, but the kids enjoyed the arcade games too. The walk is about 2 blocks from the beach, so pretty close with wagons. The beach was clean, smooth white sand, and clear blue water 150 yards out. The pool at the house was just enough for the kids to relax in the afternoon while the adults made dinner. Overall, everyone agreed that we will be doing this trip again in a couple years. I’ll be reaching out to the owner, Lisa, too cause she was a delight to communicate with.

The Perfect Family Vacation

This was by far one of the best vacation houses we have ever stayed at!! Lisa was extremely helpful and prompt to answer any questions. We were even able to check in early! The house was extremely clean and it had everything you could possibly need. Our family of 18 never felt crammed in this spacious house. The kids loved the game room as well on rainy days. We had everything we could possibly need for an ideal beach day, plenty of chairs, towels, toys, and wagons! We were able to walk to most of destinations and we always had something close by to do. I would highly recommend this property and I am sure we will definitely be back!!

Nothing short of perfection

Our stay was nothing short of perfection made possible by the gorgeous beaches and this impeccable home. Lisa and Pat truly have it all figured out as hosts. The house is well laid out for groups and families - fantastic couches, huge dining table plus breakfast bar, spacious kitchen with all the cookware, tools and other essentials you could think of (and more). Bedrooms have great sheets as well as extra pillows and bedding in the closets. The first floor is great for families with a king bedroom and four-bed bunk room on the first floor, connected by two toilets and a shower. Second floor has master king, a queen room off the game room and a double queen room. And every room has a bathroom connected! They also have great extra futon style fold down couches in the bunk room, game room and master. Configuring a big family was so easy. The location is fantastic. The beach is a short walk away - maybe 8 mins walking with kids. You also have coffee shops, restaurants, bars, shops and everything you need just down the street. A golf cart is nice but it is truly walkable. But it wasn't just the rooms, location and amenities (so many beach towels, toys, wagons, life jackets, floaties, etc.), it was Lisa's responsiveness and kindness. I felt welcome in their home - not just another awkward guest encounter. We can't wait to come back. We won't stay anywhere else in Miramar Beach if we can help it.
