Great room with a great view

Great location overlooking the boardwalk and pool. Great for people watching in the afternoon. Room was as clean as any we have stayed in in the Beachside towers. Great stay.

Rented this through platinum services. First and last time. Very poor Checkin directions. Slow response time for assistance. 
no one on duty over the weekend. The unit had not be updated in years!!!! Beds in the second bedroom were not sleepable. Was told by platinum if I didn’t like the place to leave

Fantastic Beach and Pool-Easy Access to Everything!

We were very happy with our stay at Beachside One! We picked this unit for the beach, the view and location, and also because it came with a golf cart with access to all that the Sandestin Resort offers. (Sadly the cart wasn't charged because something was wrong with the cord, so we lost a day of using it. It could use some TLC) The new pool, hot tub and grilling area are beautiful. It was an easy walk two buildings down to the Beach House Bar for a snack and drink. We took the golf cart every day under Hwy 98 (through a tunnel-sadly not mentioned anywhere on the listing) to get to Baytowne Wharf for shopping, dinner and music...plus we could scoot over to Public's and other shops across 98. Awesome location!! Would love to come back when it's warmer!

Amazing time, beautiful view!

This property is perfect, the view of the beach is amazing! We have stayed in San Destin before, but never this close to the beach, it was so nice to take a short elevator ride to the boardwalk. The golf cart is a nice addition, rides to the Warf were fun and convienient.

Great Stay for our Family!

We really enjoyed our recent stay (Sep 2021) at Beachside 1 room 4075. We are a family of 5 with 3 little ones (6, 4, and 2)! CHECK-IN: 4PM (which kind of stunk, as our flight got in at 11:30 and by the time our transportation dropped us off, it was close to 1.) Luckily, our driver dropped us off on the bayside of the property where all of the shops and restaurants were, so we had something to do for a few hours, and then took the shuttle back. However, in calling the rental management company, they informed us there was no where that we could leave our luggage, which was a lot for 5 of us, including a pack and play and carseats, so that was a pain that there was no front desk or office where we could leave it until we checked in. I called the management company as well to let them know that we were there and to see if we could possibly get in our room early, and they said probably and that they would call me back, which they never ended up doing. ROOM: Once we were finally in our room, the place was very clean, and beautiful upon entry! The views are spectacular! The master had 1 king a large bathroom and huge closet. The second room had 2 twin beds and a connecting bath to the hall and room as well. The furnishings were very nice as well. The bathrooms are a tad out of date, but clean and nicely decorated. The master shower head was always getting the floor wet, but this is minor and could easily be updated. The kitchen was clean and functional with everything you need from what I could tell. We ordered groceries through Instacart and had them delivered more than once, which was very convenient. You have to order everything from paper towels, laundry detergent, hand soap, etc. I believe they gave us enough for one dishwasher run and a small dish soap as well. The washing machine and dryer are pretty loud, but good enough to get the job done. The fans in the rooms work well. Especially where it is definitely needed in the master, bc it gets very hot in there from the sun in the afternoon. My husband said the Air Conditioner was stuck at 79 the whole time we were there and that it needs to be fixed. BEACH/POOL: Pool was recently renovated and looked great! (Sep 2021). We were not sure what beach equipment would be available at the room, and it can be a little expensive to rent everything you need for the family for the whole week though the beach stand guys.(It's cutting me off here..I'll try to add another review to finish sharing! Thanks!)

Overall great

Overall this was a great place to stay. Once the pool and the construction zone in the parking lot are done, you will enjoy your stay. Wasn’t a short walk to the other pool either. Proximity to beach was perfect! Disappointed in the surrounding area and all the restaurants being short staffed or closed.

girls trip

this was a great spot for our girls trip. head up the pool is under renovation which we weren't planning to use in April anyway. i like the location of the room to the elevator- easy to get to. we didn't get to use the golf cart since the last person who rented the condo did not plug it back in. if I were you, go out there and make sure it's charging well before you need to use it. other than that- everything was nice and we got a few sunny hours among all the rain to enjoy the beach.

Beautiful decor in a great location

We just stayed the last full week in September 2020. Place was CLEAN, beautifully decorated and had many amenities! Kitchen was nicely stocked. Golf cart was a fun addition...something new for us. We took it to get ice cream. We are new to staying in Destin but my husband and I agreed we would come back and rent this exact condo again.

The GOLF CART!

Okay, so this property is amazing for so many reasons. The ocean views are the BEST and the condo has two entrances to the balcony. The master bedroom has a giant window that overlooks the ocean and it is the perfect way to wake up. And there were even dolphins out there in the mornings. And to top it all off, the property includes a golf cart so you can get around all throughout the property and can even drive over to Baytown Wharf for dinner, shopping and desserts. It was really one of our highlights of the trip. We would highly recommend this condo.
