Tämän savuttoman loma-asunnon palveluihin kuuluu ulkouima-allas, kuntosali ja poreallas. Lisäksi majoituspaikassa on pyykinpesutilat, pelihuone ja puutarha. Loma-asunnossa asiakkaiden käytössä on 5 makuuhuonetta sekä ilmainen Wi-Fi ja yksityinen piha. Keittiö, jossa on jääkaappi sekä uuni, ja asiakkaiden käytössä on myös yksityinen uima-allas ja takka.
Ilmastoiduissa huoneissa on yksityinen uima-allas ja takka. Huoneessa on parveke tai terassi. Keittiöissä tai kettokomeroissa on jääkaappi, liesi, mikroaaltouuni ja astiat/ruokailuvälineet. Kylpyhuoneista löytyy kylpyamme tai suihku ja hiustenkuivaaja.

Asiakkaat voivat surffata verkossa käyttämällä huonehintaan sisältyvää langatonta internetyhteyttä. Huoneissa on älytelevisio. Lisäksi huoneissa on pyykinpesukone/kuivausrumpu ja kahvin-/teenkeitin.

Käytössäsi on ulkouima-allas ja poreallas. Muihin vapaa-ajan palveluihin kuuluu kuntosali.

Seuraavat aktiviteetit ovat saatavilla joko paikan päällä tai sen lähistöllä, ja ne saattavat olla maksullisia.

This home is perfect for a large family. The bedrooms were large and most had en-suite baths. We loved having the private pool and the proximity to the beach. Kathy at Kastlle Keepers was very easy to work with. She was able to add an extra day to our contract with ease. Also she has a great cleaning crew. We hope to be back next year.

Our stay was awesome! It was the perfect size for our 8 adults and 5 kids. Everything was just as the write up and pictures showed. Loved having our own private pool as well! We have stayed in Maravilla for three years now and this house was the best by far.❤️

Family vacation

This was a great location and the house had plenty of room, updated features and the pool was perfect. Sunny all day and shade came across the pool slowly starting around 2:00 and not totally shaded until 5:00, right when you need to get some shade! Anything that was broken or we had questions about, were immediately addressed and taken care of! Very quiet and private!

Great house by the beach

This house was beautifully located in the Maravella community! So close to the beautiful Miramar Beach, which was a definite plus, especially with grandchildren ages 9-16! The pool at the house was a huge hit for the kids and adults. The set up of bedrooms and baths was perfect for our family of 12! Three restaurants were easy walking distance from our VRBO! One thing i would say is that the outdoor grill could have been cleaner. I would also suggest a few more dish towels and dish rags Overall, we LOVED our stay here and would definitely come again. Kathy was excellent to work with! 👍

Needs a complete cleaning!

We arrived right at 4pm our house was not ready, about 4:20pm we were able to get inside. Cleaning crew did mention they were rushed. Downstairs was not cleaned. Bedroom on the 3rd floor smell like bad body odor, hair in the tub and sand on the bedroom sheets downstairs. The floor and baseboards are filled with dust, don't move the furniture because you will see it has not been cleaned. Carpet in the living room needs to be steamed. All porches and doors have mold on them. Landscape is overgrown. The pool area has broken equipment in the garage. Ants, leaves and pine needles were never swept or blown before we got there. Everything I have mentioned I relayed back to Kathy. She told me were the vacuum was, unfortunately it did not work. I would not stay there again, just my opinion when you pay over $9,000 you expect a little more cleanliness than we received. Tammy

House in poor condition

This property is very rundown. Lots of broken things. Chairs, umbrella, vacuum, buzzer on door for pool. Very poor linens. The house had not been cleaned when we arrived. Housekeeping came back but very rude. Pool was dirty when we arrived. The beds were very uncomfortable. The manager responded to requests in a timely manner but there was just so many problems. Too bad because it is in a great location.

The house was exactly what we were looking for!! Great layout, close to the beach, own private pool, grill and plenty of space with our big party! The few small issues we had the property manager quickly responded and took care of it and was grateful to let her know! All in all a great experience!!

Gorgeous home and wonderful property manager!

My family and I spent a week celebrating my sister's 71st birthday in this beautiful beach home. We had an issue, but it was addressed and rectified very quickly. More about the property - the kitchen has EVERYTHING you need to prepare meals, except food of course :) Pool was awesome. Lots of lounging areas and balconies. Stunning beach with 2 setups (umbrella and beach chairs). We had a great time and plan to come back! Thank you Kathy for your hospitality!

Perfect Location

This was our second time spending a week in this home. Location couldn’t be better. Short walk to the beach. Plenty of room for our large family. Heated pool was a lifesaver, as the temps were cooler than usual. We will definitely rent again next time we are in Destin.

Great stat for Thanksgiving Week

My family had a wonderful Thanksgiving week staying at this property. The house was just as described and located within short walking distance of the beach, restaurants, and bars. Communication with Kathy was amazingly fast and addressed any questions that arose. We highly recommend.

Overall Good but Not Outstanding

The location and overall appearance of the property was everything we expected it to be. The walk to the beach was a bit far, and we had to walk farther to set up our own tent. I will say that this was a pretty decent experience when compared to the many other rental properties I have been to. We did run into the power going out, ants, the fridge door not fully closing, other small maintinance nuisances as soon as we arrived. The property also has an extremely loud buzzing door to remind people to close the door. This proved to be annoying throughout our trip and highly unnecessary. It was not explained that we could not bring a small trailer for our beach equipment. We had parked it in the driveway out of the way, but still had the properties HOA security speak to us about it. I believe this needs to be in the description for the property. Again, the property was very good but also came with a few annoying experiences.

Brilliant Beach Stay!

Everything was so relaxing and wonderful. It rained for two of our four days but we enjoyed the home and pool. The convenience to everything: dining, shopping, and steps to beach. Especially enjoyed the two beach set ups when we got to the beach. Plenty of room for the seven of us. With room for more if children are along. Highly recommend. Thank you for a delightful first time beach renter.

A place you won’t want to leave!

We had a blast during our stay! Our family enjoyed the beautiful home, super short walks to the beach and loved the pool & rec room to play ping pong in the evenings . We cannot say enough amazing things about this property and it’s location. The owner does a wonderful job making sure her guests are happy and our family greatly appreciated that! Thanks for a beautiful stay that created everlasting memories with our family! We will definitely be back again!

Amazing Property

The property and location are amazing. The home has everything you could possibly need. Plenty of beds and bathrooms to accommodate mulitple families. We had 7 adults and 3 children on this stay and there was more than enough space for everyone to either gather on the main floor or find a quiet space. The kitchen and living area provided everything your family should need. Having the pool in the backyard was a great way to end each day. Oh, and it's a quick 3 minute walk from door step to feet in the water. Can't say enough good things about our stay and Kathy the property owner was a pleasure to work with.

Beach treasure

This was truly a beach treasure of a house! After going 3 years without seeing family under one roof it was a joyful time had by all. The house was as advertised with a short! walk to the beach. Well equipped kitchen, great pool and plenty of room for all 10 of us to enjoy or retreat . Would certainly love to stay here again. We had six adults and four children from 9-13! Loved every second. Management was extremely responsive!
