This beautiful home features two master suites, one conveniently located on each floor. Upstairs, you’ll also find a king guest bedroom and a fun bunk room that kids will love, featuring built-in bunks with two full-size bunk beds and a flat-screen TV, and a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. In total, the home comfortably accommodates up to 14 guests. Step outside to the backyard, where you can unwind, grill, and enjoy the coastal breeze. A short 500-yard stroll brings you to the gated beach access, or you can take a dip in one of two neighborhood pools. You will love discovering the exclusive Emerald Waters Village, a gated neighborhood located conveniently where Scenic Gulf Drive and Holiday Rd intersect in Miramar Beach. The village has an architectural mix of homes that include the Mediterranean, columned neoclassical, and the "Old Florida" style with wide verandas. Guests will enjoy the convenient private beach access just a short stroll away, along with two tropically landscaped, community pools at each end of the community. Situated between Pompano Joe's beachfront restaurant and the Whale's Tale, but also close to Destin Commons and Grand Boulevard, the neighborhood has easy access to activities, restaurants, and the sugar white sands you are here for.

Just 3 miles away is Destin Commons, a beautifully landscaped, pedestrian-friendly area and a great family venue where children will love to play in the interactive water fountains. Also, for the younger guests, a nautically/pirate-themed outdoor playground features a 1,750 square foot soft play area with various creatures from the sea, slides, and a treasure chest!  Destin Commons also has a mini train for the kids. Destin Commons features over 75 shops and restaurants, including Godiva Chocolates, AMC Movie Theaters, and Bass Pro Shop.

Grand Boulevard Town Center is a pedestrian-friendly, shopping and dining complex just off Emerald Coast Parkway, convenient to both SanDestin and Miramar Beach. For the high-end shopper, the center offers everything from Fusion Art Glass Gallery to Brooks Brothers Country Club. Several boutiques, such as Hello, Sunshine, and Magnolia House, carry fare you can't find anywhere else. Dining options include Mitchell's Fish Market, P. F. Chang's China Bistro, and Cantina Laredo Gourmet Mexican Food. In 2013, Walton County’s first movie theater opened at Grand Boulevard’s Town Center – the state-of-the-art Boulevard 10 Movie Theater.

If you are near Miramar Beach, the snorkelers in your group will love the new artificial reef called Dolphin Reef, deployed in 2017. Located just 685 feet straight out from the Miramar Regional Public Beach Access (by Pompano Joe's), it is becoming a haven for sea life. Each of the 4 snorkeling reefs comprises 40 acres of permitted sea bottom. The Dolphin Reef is at a depth of 12-20 feet. We strongly recommend that snorkelers use a kayak, paddleboard, or other flotation device when visiting the snorkel reefs. Sea conditions can and do change quickly and often. Enjoy!
