When you head to the beach, which is really close to our condo, you'll cross the must see Scenic Highway and find the well known restaurant "Pompano Joe’s".
This 650 square foot condo with 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom is just a 3 minute walk from the stunning beaches of the Emerald Coast. You'll love the white sand and clear turquoise water.
When you head to the beach, which is really close to our condo, you'll cross the must see Scenic Highway and find the well known restaurant "Pompano Joe’s".
This ground floor unit is located only a short walk from the Emerald Coast's white beaches.
Since it is on the first floor it is easily accessible with a parking spot right outside the front door.
Leaving the unit through the back door you are only a few steps away from the community's pool (not heated in Winter) which serves as a great alternative if you need a break from the beach and salty water.
The condo sleeps a total of 4 guests, 2 in the bedroom and 2 on the sleeper couch.
The condo itself offers a basic equipped kitchen with new stainless steel appliances to prepare entire meals if you prefer eating in. There is a double brew coffee maker (drip and k-cups), a toaster, a microwave, a dishwasher and a big double door fridge.
Further it has a bedroom with a king size bed and enough storage for luggage and clothes. Additional guests can comfortably sleep on the queen size sleeper couch for which we provide linens as well.
If you are traveling with an infant, no problem, there is a pack and play in the unit but we do not provide sheets for that.
You will also find 2 beach chairs and an umbrella, an iron and an ironing board in the condo.
In the bathroom you will find a shower/tub combination.
The unit has a 55" Smart TV with a ROKU stick to connect to streaming services with your own login and high speed Internet, as well as a washer and dryer.
The condo is decorated in friendly and light colors providing a beachy vibe specifically chosen to fit the Emerald Coast.
One assigned parking spot is right outside the unit but there are several unassigned spots around the complex which are on a first come first serve basis. Each unit is allowed to occupy 2 spots, if available.
In just a 10-minute drive, you can reach the Destin Commons Shopping Mall, which features an AMC movie theater and a nearby Outlet, perfect for those seeking great deals.
Dine along the scenic highway, where top picks include ‘Pompano Joe’s’ and ‘Whales Tail’. Meanwhile, Highway 98, the main thoroughfare in the area, presents a range of leisure activities — you'll find golf courses, mini-golf, bowling, and a kid-friendly water park.

THANKS FOR BOOKING:
- Max. of 4 people allowed. Kids and infants count as person
- Only the amount of people on the reservation are allowed – no unregistered guests
- No 3rd party bookings: booking guest must stay. Sub-leasing not permitted
- Guest making the reservation needs to have an ID added to their account
CHECK IN:
- Check in age: 25 or older for groups or young couples. Families welcome
- anytime after 4pm, no early check in option during high season (March-October). early check ins in the off season/winter months depend on whether we have someone check out that same day (back to back reservations)
ENTERTAINMENT includes:
- Wifi
- Cable TV
We are not responsible for third party amenity interruptions, such as electricity, cable, or internet which are beyond our control
NO SMOKING
NO PETS
NO CANDLES, or any kind of open fire
QUIET TIMES: 10pm – 7am. Please no loud noise levels, unruly behavior. If there are any complaints the stay may be canceled without refund
STARTER KIT: Plenty for several days. We provide some rolls of toilet paper, a roll of kitchen paper towels, some dishwasher tabs, dish detergent and some trash bags. Any extra supplies need to be provided by you.
LINENS/BEDS: we provide bed sheet sets for all beds. And a set of towels (bath, hand, cloth) for each possible guest. No beach towels. And we don’t provide sheets or blankets for the pack’n’play. The bed does have a quilt as cover.
PROPERTY USE:
- No long-term residence, parties, gatherings or commercial use
- Stays do not qualify as residence or allow use of mailing address
- Flush only toilet paper
- Recommendation: close curtains when not at home to keep the room cool.
- Don’t cool below 70 degrees Fahrenheit to avoid freezing of the equipment. If frozen it needs to be turned off for 24hours
- No glitter, glue, hair dye, spray tan or sun spray inside the unit
- no littering anywhere on the property, no littering in the pool area
CHECK OUT:
- By 10 am
- Please remove all trash, there is a dumpster out the back, by the pool
- Please empty the fridge and freezer
- Please turn on the dishwasher if there are still dirty dishes
- Linens and towels can stay where they are (on bed/in the bathroom)
- Close windows and doors
UNAPPROVED LATE CHECKOUT: $50. If overstay impacts next guest: 2x nightly rate. Paying the fee does not mean a late check out is approved and you can extend your stay
