Family Friendly BUT bedding not my type

Overall is a good family friendly hotel...BUT pillows are either flat or very bulky. Not comfortable at all. Blankets are polyester...very hot material in my opinion. I miss the 100% cotton bedding that made hotel bed's special. This is something will make me not to return to this hotel.

Great place to be; clean, new, well decorated. The staff is nice, there is good wifi, free parking, a good free breakfast and an outside pool- cold though!

Overall a nice place for a short stay. Thermostat in room wasn't working. Maintenance working was sent to fix, however he didn't speak English, very difficult to explain the situation. He was able to fix it after a few tries. My husband realized that he left his IPad in the room. I called to see if Housekeeping found it but was told no. Called after we returned from out cruise, still no IPad. It was clearly visible on the bed. Reception staff wasn't too interested in helping us. So someone on that staff has a very old IPad, but one that still worked.

Everything was fine except for breakfast. Not enough food choices (need to add hash browns, sausage, waffles and real eggs!)
