Welcome to our vacation home, Haus Labaily See & Sauna, in beautiful Saxony by the Kriebstein Reservoir near Mittweida. The house has been freshly renovated. Make yourselves at home and enjoy life. Hiking, water sports, cycling, climbing, SUP, and swimming—there are many options right outside your door. Our vacation home accommodates up to 4 guests in 2 bedrooms across 50 m² of modern living space. The water is less than a 5-minute walk away. The spacious garden offers lake views and privacy with no nearby neighbors. The furnishings are modern and everything you need is provided, including Wi-Fi to keep you connected.



The property features a bathroom, a well-equipped kitchen, a living room, and a sleeping alcove. You have a large private garden, an open terrace, a balcony, and a carport with parking at the house. Air conditioning is available. In the garden, a lounge invites you to relax, and a grill is ready for barbecues. There is also a table tennis table. A sauna on the property can be used for an extra fee and accommodates 4 or more people. Another sauna by the water can also be booked. The water is about 5 minutes away and easily accessible. Several hiking trails are nearby, and you can start right from your doorstep. The area is also great to explore by bike.



You can go canoeing, stand-up paddling, or simply swim and relax. Public transport is nearby for excursions. The property is not fully fenced but is surrounded by plenty of greenery.



A private boat dock is available for your use.



On arrival, keys will be handed over in person or left for you.



Parties, events, and bachelor parties are not allowed. One pet is welcome on request.
