The room was clean and well kept. Housekeeping will come in to make the bed and put fresh towels while you aren’t there if you do not put the DND on the door. The only complaint I have is that we reserved the room on Expedia with a debit card that we did not want the room charged to, just to make the reservation (which it states the card will not be charged). Upon arriving we gave a different card to cover the 4 night reservation, however they continued to charge our debit card separately for each day even though we had paid in full with a different card. The first time it happened, we were told by a staff member it was a glitch in the system and wouldn’t happen again. The following day another charge for another day was pending on the debit card. After speaking with management they were able to remove the debit card but the money did not get released for another at least another 6 days. Long story short, be careful if you pay with Expedia. Also, the price charged by the hotel was a bit more than what Expedia stated.
