Casa Cristall 5 Heated Pool and Hot Tub

Casa Cristal 5 is located in the prestigious area of Miami Playa-Pino Alto. The area has no high-rise buildings, primarily villas and houses. Casa Cristal 5 is a newly built (open for 2022) which is only situated 250M from the beach, Playa Cristal. The house has 4 double bedrooms, two bathrooms, airconditioned.

On the ground floor of the house you will find:
- a living room with sofa, flat-screen smart TV, Dining table with eight chairs, outside terrace with table and chairs, BBQ,
- Modern fully equipped kitchen with a large combo fridge, four ring stove, oven, dishwasher, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, microwave, cutlery, crockery, and cooking utensils
- the first bedroom with double bed150cm x 200cm.
- a bathroom with a shower.

On the first floor of the house you will find :
- the second bedroom with double bed 150cm x 200cm..
- the third bedroom with one double bed 150cm x 200cm and one single bed 90cm x 200cm.
the fourth bedroom has a bunk bed 90cm x 190cm (only for children ) and one single bed 90cm x 200 cm.
- bathroom with a bathtub, washing machine.
All windows are equipped with electric shutters. Free WIFI is available. They are cameras in the public area.

EXCLUSIVELY ONLY BY OURSELVES, OUTSIDE HEATED POOL, with a temperature between 28 to 30 degrees celsius (heated from June to October). The pool has a separate child-friendly area. A heated jacuzzi is available from April to beginning of October with a temperature between 32 to 34 degrees celsius. The pool area is fenced off. The houses are just around the corner from the beach, where you can choose to eat in one of the many restaurants or beach bars. All shopping requirements are in the main town of Miami Playa. You can choose from Lidle, Consum, Esclat, Cobrado, Spa, etc. The nearest supermarket Esclat is just 700 meters away.
