In a complex of semi-detached houses with a large communal area with a garden, swimming pool and children's playground. Ideal for holidays with kids.

With a capacity for 6 people and 3 bedrooms, it is distributed on 2 floors.
· Ground floor with living-dining room, large terrace, independent kitchen and a toilet.
· First floor with 1 double bedroom with a double bed, 2 single bedrooms, and a bathroom with a shower.
