Honestly the only sad part was their heated outdoor pool was cold (heater broken) so the grandkids disappointed each day we had to swing in the indoor pool (small) vs large outdoor pool None of the staff were in the know of pool heater repair so poor communication by management When the sole excitement of the trip for The grandkids was the pool it was a major disappointment

There was spaghetti sauce still on the walls in kitchenette and bathroom was missing any kind of hand soap. The shuttle to the village was great though.

Decent place with good price

Staff was very nice and friendly however, there were a few things that i didn't expect. 1) room was on ground floor and when i was getting room it was shown on the 2nd floor with private balcony. In my case i did get balcony but it was ground floor. I requested 2nd or 3rd floor room for balcony area and view but they said they didn't have any. 2nd room carpet was really dirty with clear visible spots 3rd ) there were no lotion in the washroom i had to go to the front to request some and they gave it to me. 4th my kids beds didn't have blankets and pillows which i had to request to the front desk to get them 5th they did not have tea bags in the room or cream i had to request from the front desk to get some. Basically, for everything i had to walk up to the front to get they did not even have phone to call reception. Suite was fine it came with two full washrooms however, none of the washrooms have locking doors which i and my kids felt a bit strange. Best things was that staff was noce and helpful. Closer to Mont troblont village only 3.5km from it. Suite contained all the utensils and dish washer and small fridge which was good. It had decent microwave and oven. I would have given 5 Stars if all of the above were not missing. I mean some of the things mentioned are expected by default no one should be asking for it such as pillows and blankets or lotion etc.

Weekend getaway

Weekend getaway. Based on revoews we chose this hotel. Oberal.condition of the facikities was oki. Rooms was clean except for a surprise in the second bathroom cigarette but and yellow water....bed comfy, the room shows its age. Patio screen door was broken. They repaired the door and tapped the screen. Pool area was dirty same for the hot tube area. Hot tub was cold. Service was good, friendly staff. Showed managment the photo of the yellow toilette and cigarette butt, and also the ripped towles. They need to do better.

It’s a lovely hotel with large comfortable rooms. We had the family suite for three of us and there were two bathrooms and a staff member came to pull down the Murphy bed. The balconies are quite large and comfortable. One of the elevators was out of service and there were a few areas in need sprucing up. But overall, we really enjoyed our stay and absolutely would return.
