La casa, situada en una finca al norte del término municipal de Montánchez, a unos 3 kilómetros del pueblo. La finca tiene una superficie total de 7,90 Ha para el disfrute de la casa. Espacio….mucho, mucho espacio.

Es una vivienda de construcción tradicional en piedra y única planta que consta de tres amplios dormitorios dobles con tres baños incluidos en las habitaciones. Dispone de un espectacular salón, un gran comedor y una moderna cocina. En el exterior podemos contar con una amplísima terraza solárium. Tiene a disposición también una barbacoa y un horno de leña para preparar auténticas comidas de campo.
