Located just 30 minutes drive from the beautiful Tuscan sandy beaches and sea, Villa Etrusca can be found within easy drive from towns like Cecina, Volterra, Bolgheri and S. Gimignano. It offers a private heated swimming pool with large expansive gardens, perfect for a holiday in peace and tranquillity. The nearest shops can be found in Casale Marittimo at 4km from the property.

The villa is split into two independent apartments, with a total of 10 bedrooms, plus a tower with two beds and a bathroom.

The smaller apartment can accommodate 8 guests and it offers two double bedrooms with bathrooms on the ground floor, open plan kitchen and dining area with fireplace, all on the ground floor. On the first floor, we have two double bedrooms with canopy and bathrooms.

The bigger apartment can accommodate 14 people and if has: two twin bedrooms with bathrooms on the ground floor, lounge area, open plan kitchen, fireplace, and dining area. On the first floor we have four double bedrooms with bathrooms. From this apartment we can access the tower where we have two single sofa beds and a bathroom.

All the areas on the ground floor of the villa and one of the bedrooms in the smaller apartment lead into the garden, which surrounds the house.

Outside, the villa has expansive gardens with a private swimming pool that can be heated on request (12x6m; 1.5m deep; open between May 6 and September 30; can be open outside of season on request with a 3 weeks notice). There is a covered terrace furnished with a large table and chairs near a barbecue area, perfect for al-fresco meals. The pool is also fenced making it perfect for families with small children; it can also be covered at night in order to maintain the temperature.

Please note:
- POOL: swimming pool is closed in April and October. It could be sometimes opened and an extra fee will be asked. Preventive just upon request. The eventual heating is always an extra and switch on upon request. We need at least 3 weeks notice prior to arrival date to open or to heat the swimming pool. Services are not available for last minute bookings ( less then 3 weeks before arrival).
- Pool heating Available when the house heating is not switch on. The system could heat the house or the swimming pool.
