My experience at the Coral Springs resort was nothing short of amazing. From the staff/managers to the room service. I felt safe and well attended to at all times. Everyone on the resort made me feel welcomed. They were always In good spirits and always attended to my needs. For example, I had a small issue with my room and the manager, Mr. Weston not only took care of the problem but made sure he followed up with me the each day during my stay day to insure that the duration of my vacation was made to feel very comfortable. This is the hospitality I expect to receive when vacationing. Coral Springs owes me nothing and I will definitely be back to vacation there again with my family. My experience exceeded my expectations by far. Thank you Mr. Weston!!!

Property is nice and clean but majority of staff was not pleasant and very rude especially the ones serving food and drinks. The ones serving at the Jamaican grill are also very unpleasant. There’s a lady that serves the ice cream, she always looks mad and annoyed and touches the cone with her bare hands. From what I noticed, It seems as though better treatment is given by staff to the white guests compared to people of color.

Overall the property was nice, however, this is not a 5 star resort as far as USA standards. When we first arrived we were forced to sit down for an hour long time share tour which we kept saying we didn’t want to do but we felt obligated, as the staff just kept insisting. It was very odd and frustrating, especially when you know you cannot afford it. At first glance the facilities are nice, however, if you look for more than a few seconds you can see tiles are loose, paint is patched poorly, fixtures are crooked, and it seems like everything was purchased at IKEA. Our room door handle kept falling off and at one point we couldn't leave our room, and the staff took hours to come and fix it. We also had hairs all over the room which were not ours, and it looked like dead bug stains on the sheets. We were also told if we lost our room bracelets we would need to pay $150 for each bracelet lost; this is tough because you go on excursions so it gives you anxiety about losing them. You also need to pay if you lose your beach towel. Beach is very rocky and shallow, you can’t swim. The staff are only nice if you tip them and they expect tips for literally everything. So many times the bar tenders looked annoyed when you ordered a drink. There was one bartender at the sports bar who was wonderful and made sure the sports team we liked was on every night which was wonderful. Overall though the people seemed rude and did not really want to help you. I had fun but would not go back.

The staff was very friendly, funny & always made sure you were doing OK or asked if we needed anything. The pool was huge & absolutely beautiful. Lazy river was fun! A couple of dislikes: we could never get a reservation at the Italian restraunt the 6 nights we were there unless it was at 9:30 p.m. Needless to say, we didn't get a chance to eat there. The fridge in our room was never very cold. We adjusted the temp but nothing worked. Not a huge deal as we didn't mention it to anyone. I would highly recommend this property!

The Property Was Gorgeous Overall But I Did Have A Few Issues. They Cleaned The Room Daily But Did Not Replace Mini Towels & Washcloths So When I Went To Shower I Had To Call Everyday For Some & It Took Them 3 Hours To Bring Some. Also There’s This Privilege Club They Have & A Program For 25 Years You Can Join They Said They Would Take An Hour Of Our Time They Ended Up Taking 4 Hours, I Politely Declined But They Did Not Like My Answer So They Continued To Persuade Me Until I Got Aggressive, It Was Scary Just A Little. Also The Service Isn’t Great, I Had To Call 6 Times To Get Someone On The Phone To Order A Taxi For Departure. At One Of The Restaurants I Was Standing Waiting Outside For 15 Minutes, The Waiters Seen Me Standing There, Said Nothing Just Continued To Their Duties So I Left Because I Wasn’t Being Helped. Ocean Coral springs was a great place to stay. It was beautiful, clean, and easily walkable. The food was delicious and there was plenty of it. The entertainment was fun. The staff was amazing! My only suggestion would be to make it easier to get change to tip staff members. Highly recommend!!!

The rooms are spacious and clean. Humidity inside the room was too high, to the point where surfaces were damp. It’s a great location if you’re looking to be away from crowds. It’s not walkable to anything off the property.
