Most of the details for the room, we’re good. As a typical hotel room, the towels were rough and the pillows, old. The only aspect I found not good was the quality of the mattress. You could tell that they were very cheap mattresses and have been used a lot.

Front desk staff were very friendly at check-in! The unit was very clean, although I had some ants poking around in the bathroom. Lots of restaurants and stores nearby. Parking was very easy. I stayed for two nights, didn't experience much noise and felt pretty safe, which is important when travelling by yourself. I also really enjoyed how cute the building is. They have a bunch of little garden planters that are well maintained. The property feels like the staff truly cares about their guest's experience.

Honestly the room was pretty okay for the price. This was our first time staying in a “motel” as our last minute trip definitely narrowed our options. One thing I will definitely dock points on is that there were several hairs in the sheets that were not ours. There was also a room downstairs that was being used as a party hub so that was a bit annoying. The parking was also very full and we needed to park on the street a bit further away than we were comfortable. Some positives include the air conditioner/heater working very well. Another positive would be the great water pressure that we received in the room. The mangers were also kind when checking out/in.

I was overcharged $125 over the hotels.com reservation price. I had to call back to get a refund, which hasn't arrived yet. On top of that the lobby personnel was patronizing, as if I was asking for a favor to stay in the hotel. I won't stay here again, and will share my negative experience on travel sites.
