I booked a 3-night stay here and had a very disappointing experience.
The first room we were given had one of the worst beds I’ve ever slept on, we could literally feel the springs through the mattress, and it felt like we were sleeping on cardboard. When we notified the front desk, they told us they would move us and would call once another room was available. No one ever called.
When we followed up, we were told they “tried calling” (they didn’t) and that no other rooms were available. After unnecessary back and forth, we were finally moved to a different room, only to find that housekeeping never showed up for the rest of our stay.
On top of that, parking was another issue. The hotel charges for parking or tells guests to use street parking, but there were no spaces available. The hotel’s own parking lot has signs stating they’re not responsible for any damage or issues related to vehicles, which doesn’t feel reassuring when you’re paying to park.
Overall, between the uncomfortable bed, poor communication, lack of housekeeping, and parking frustrations, this stay was far below expectations. I would not book here again
