Poggio Cuccule is a stunning 11-room house spread over 310 square meters on two levels. The upper floor houses a small lounge with an open-hearth fireplace and satellite TV, a double bedroom, a double bedroom with an open-hearth fireplace, two double bedrooms, each with a shower/bidet/WC, and a room with two beds. The kitchen on this floor is equipped with five hot plates, an oven, dishwasher, microwave, and freezer, and has a dining table. There are also two shower/bidet/WC rooms on this upper floor. If you enter the house on the ground floor, you'll be greeted by a large living room (32 square meters) with an arch that separates the billiard room from a living area. Additionally, there is a 100 square meter dependance on two floors, where the ground floor has a double bedroom, a kitchen with access to a large covered and equipped porch, and a shower-bidet-WC, while the first floor has a double bedroom, a twin bedroom, and a shower-bidet-WC.
