Our family trip was amazing! Kiddos loved the indoor waterpark and actitivies. We all enjoyed spending time around the fire pit and toasting marshmallow. So excited to see deers very closed by, and some cute beavers. You won't forget the morning breezes and peaceful moments.

The water park and outdoor area is fantastic, however the hotel has gone down hill in the last few years. Showers and toilet are old and many things are broken. Video arcade has many broken and out of order games. Wi-Fi is working only half the time. The hallways are not cleaned often so food and crumbs everywhere. Food is just ehhh.

Beautiful resort and waterpark; prices are decent, no complimentary breakfast and I certainly believe for breakfast per person is overpriced - everything has a price on it. Customer service great, front staff kind and helpful. Rooms mildly stocked with towels and washcloths but considering full groups use these resort rooms maybe could do better with either more including toilet paper. Room thermostat was wacky (we booked 3 rooms- we all had same issue) the thermostat would not keep a steady temperature, temps fluctuated making it either too cold or too hot especially at night. Overall the stay was pleasant and the inconveniences were minor. Family friendly with plenty to do for all ages. The outdoor area is beautiful and spacious, balcony view into this middle area is worth it! The other balcony room faces the woods.

It’s a beautiful resort and immediate surrounding area. Staff are ok but not warm. Almost a robotic presence. Food was decent. TVs don’t even have local channels or cable. A continuous loop of Kart-Rite advertisements are played which is annoying. Bring a laptop or firestick for streaming or you will be sitting in silence in the room. Kids loved the waterpark. We did the hiking trail as well and that was nice but lots of mosquitoes.

Service was horrible. They didn’t change our sheets or clean the room. The facility was dirty the garbages was over packed. Nothing compared to other waterparks like camelback or kalahari
