We've come in the past and had a great experience but this time was a real disappointment.
The waterpark was closed Monday and we didn't know until the morning of arrival (sunday), which was so upsetting because thats the reason we came.
We booked on expedia for full price and then were told theres a "surprise " balance of $66 for a resort fee (which should have been all inclusive)
The kids blankets are unacceptable for the price of $360+ for one night. Rough and pimply.
The bathroom in the arcade area was a disgrace- waste in the toilets and overloaded garbages.
The arcade prize store has prizes at outrageous costs. For such expensive games you would thing the prizes would be a little more affordable.
The ropes course we hoped to do because the waterpark was closed, was also closed.
The kids room was supposed to be open 12-2 but when we got there was closed. Once it finally opened at 12:45 , the women said she has nothing to offer because they are "cleared out"
Whatever that means.
Overall, the place felt neglected , and totally not worth the high price we paid.
I feel there should be some sort of compensation for our poor experience here.
We Didn't leave with a good feeling and wouldn't come back unless things change.
