In the centre of the small hamlet of Scalvaia, 500 above sea level, the house is a delightful newly restored house with private pool and garden.Scalvaia is a small village with only 70 inhabitants right at the border between Siena and Grosseto province, just 10 minutes drive from San Galgano Abbey and only 35 kms from Siena. The region will appeal to nature-lovers as the woodlands, meadows and streams teem with bird and wildlife.
The house is 160 square meters and is surrounded by a green lawn. The garden around the house is completely fenced and parking space is provided inside the property through a gate. The 5 x 10 m swimming pool, seasonal opening,enjoys pockets of sun and shade as does the natural al fresco dining terrace.
