The room was unclean with an unpleasant smell. It had signs of disrepair; including a drippy tub faucet, no sink stopper, a gap in the door between the frame and door, and holes in the walls. The bed was horribly uncomfortable and felt like sleeping on wire springs. We were given 3 small thinnly-filled pillows that were not the equivalent of 1 normal pillow. They had free breakfast, but we didn't bother, considering the room condition. Housekeeping pretty much didn't bother. We received clean towels, and the trash was emptied, but the bedspread was just thrown over the unmade bed. I had to keep reminding myself of the "deal" Expedia got us, but it was a rueful reminder of you get what you pay for.

This was conveniently located just off of the highway. Gas station and fast food were also right there. When I walked into the lobby it smelled wonderful (so positive first impression), but there were some things in our room that needed to be repaired (hole in the wall, loose toilet seat).

You get what you pay for but the bed sheet had a stain on it, the one lamp was broke, the bathroom door was half broken. Just a beat up cheap hotel. Does the job for sleeping but that’s it. Take it for what it’s worth

The front desk personal was very friendly and accommodating. The hotel itself is okay, it was clean and inviting. The beds are very comfortable! Parking was tricky, as the parking spots are angeled weird, and it takes tallent to back out without hitting the building, but it is manageable. Overall, it was a good experience for the low cost, and we would definitely stay here again!

The room I had the remote didn't work. Tv was on when I went in couldn't turn it off. Got the attendent and he fixed it for a minute then it didn't work. Could not shut off tv all night. Shower did not work. No water came out of the shower head. Half inch gap at the bottom of the door. I stuffed towels under it to keep out bugs. Do not recommend staying here at least in the room I had!

We reserved a non smoking room for 2 nights, but it smelled like an old ashtray in the room. The shower was dirty and the toilet seat was broken. We arrived at almost midnight due to heavy traffic on our route due to a sports car rally. Our choice would have been a room closer to Dollywood, but everything was full and we were too exhausted to ask for a different room and probably would have gotten more of the same anyway. We didn't stay the second night because of the conditions and were refused a refund by staff. I do not recommend staying here. We found a nice Clarion in Sevierville the next day. An expensive lesson learned.
