The modern Villa Amata lies in the charming fishing village of Mošćenička Draga in the sunny Kvarner region. The spacious villa Amata in its 366 m2 of living space provides accommodation for 12 guests in 6 airy bedrooms equipped with a comfortable double bed. Each bedroom also has its own, fully equipped bathroom. Five of the bathrooms feature a shower cabin, while one bathroom has a lovely bathtub as well. Three bedrooms with their ensuite bathrooms are located on the first floor while the remaining three are located on the second floor of this fully air-conditioned villa. Guests also have two sofa beds at their disposal that can comfortably accommodate additional 4 guests. One separate toilet is located on the ground floor.



The beautiful ground floor of villa Amata consists of a beautiful kitchen equipped with state-of-the-art appliances, a comfortable dining area and a spacious living room where pleasant moments with family and friends after delicious lunch will surely be enjoyed.



The interior of the villa exudes simplicity and elegance, while intense shades of purple, emerald-green, royal blue and red bring a dose of freshness and playfulness. Large glass surfaces ensure an enviable amount of natural light in all the rooms of the villa.



The ground floor offers direct access to the terrace with a beautiful pool measuring 3.80m x 9.80m equipped with hydromassage jets. Guests can seek refreshment at the pool at any time of the day or relax on the 12 comfortable sun loungers located by the pool. The beautiful terrace further features a lovely outdoor kitchen with a wood / charcoal grill and a covered dining area where guests can enjoy outdoor dining.



The entertainment offer of villa Amata includes table tennis and badminton equipment and a trampoline.



Guests further have access to 4 private parking spaces within the property.
