Breakfast is included, along with own-produced jam, honey, fruits, herbs, olive oil, and vegetables from the organic farm specializing in honey and wine production.



Step outside to enjoy the shared heated outdoor pool and garden with unobstructed views of the countryside at the forest edge. A shared grill and covered terrace provide perfect spots for outdoor dining. During winter months, only the whirlpool is available for use.



Parking includes 3 shared spaces at the property and street parking. Pets are welcome, and events are not permitted. Beach towels are provided, with storage available for bicycles and ski equipment. Families can enjoy the shared playground, tennis court, and toys and books for children. Public transportation and train station shuttle service are accessible.



The hosts live on-site but not in your accommodation and offer cleaning service during your stay for an extra fee. This farm operates without livestock, creating a peaceful environment perfect for meditation, yoga, jogging, and hiking. Please note that smoking is prohibited throughout the property, with designated areas available upon request.
