Great stop for 1 night

We stayed there one night while passing through Munich. The hotel is about 15 min drive from Munich International Airport which is very convenient. The room was pretty small, but comfortable. Very clean and modern. Breakfast was great. Staff friendly and nice. We arrive late in the evening and hotel's parking was already full, but we were able to find street parking close by. Very good value for your money.

Wir waren außerhalb einer Messe in dem Hotel, es ist ein neues Hotel, die Zimmer sind modern eingerichtet und schalldicht. Vor dem Hotel gibt es drei kostenlose Parkplätze. Die Innenstadt ist schnell zu Fuß zu erreichen. Am Abend müsste es etwas mehr Personal geben, da die Dame gleichzeitig den Empfang und die Bar betreute und dadurch sehr ausgelastet war. Sie hat sich aber Mühe gegeben, alle Wünsche zu erfüllen. Das Frühstück war gut, es war von allem ausreichend da und um 8:30 gab es keine Wartezeiten. Wir würden das Hotel weiterempfehlen.

3* mit Startschwierigkeiten

Der Check in war eher "unspektakulär" wir hätten uns eine Info gewünscht dass das Frühstück nur bis 9:30 ist, aber nun. Das Zimmer war gut, sauber und ordentlich. Die Betten sehr gut und auch die Schlafcouch für unsere Tochter war sehr komfortabel. Wir würden das Frühstück und drum herum bemängeln bzw. Verbesserungen geben. Zunächst, die beiden Mitarbeiter waren völlig gestresst, kein freundliches Wort oder Mimik. Sie setzten nur von A nach B. Als wir um 8.40 zum Frühstück kamen, waren nur volle Tische mit dreckigen Geschirr und praktisch alles am Buffet war leer!! Milch ( Kaffee), Marmelade, Salami, Brötchen, Wasser, Obst etc... Die Kaffeebart war unsauber und lud nicht wirklich ein. Warum stellt man keinen leeren Geschirrwagen dort hin und verweist auf den Tischen auf Self service wenn so wenig Personal da ist? Stattdessen sind irgendwelche Werbeflyer an der Wand und der Platz ungenutzt. Das Personal und vor allem die ältere Dame versuchte gefühlt alles schnell zu lösen, wirkte dadurch aber extrem gehetzt. Die Tür zur Küche dann auch noch als klassische Tür und das mitten am Buffet wo die Gäste sich die Teller füllen. Hier wirkt das Konzept einfach nicht rund! Da wir keinen Aufzug fahren ist uns zudem das dreckige Treppenhaus aufgefallen. Auch wenn es heutzutage sicher weniger genutzt wird, ein Besen würde hier gut tun ;)

Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit dem Hotel. Die Lage des Hotels ist optimal. Die Innenstadt ist ca. 5 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt und die Therme Erding ist ca. 8 Autominuten vom Hotel entfernt. Das Hotel hat ein Parkhaus. Pro Nacht kostet das Parkhaus 18,00 Euro.
