The lady on reception was absolutely fantastic she explained what to do continuing our trip she even came to the door to show us the bus stop so very friendly and nothing was too much trouble thank you

Nice hotel in a peaceful location. We requested early check in and had to pay 20 euros (which is nominal) . Staff were very friendly. As you should expect in every hotel in Europe, A/c did not work well and they provided a fan but just not enough

We stayed at the Premier Inn München Airport Süd, expecting a convenient and comfortable base near Munich Airport. While the hotel is modern, clean, and well-maintained with pleasant facilities, two significant issues marred our experience. First, despite “Munich Airport” in the name, getting to the airport is neither fast nor convenient. There’s no airport shuttle (which we knew before booking), but more frustratingly, there’s no direct bus. Your options are a costly Uber or taxi (~€30) or a cumbersome 40-minute journey involving a bus to Hallbergmoos station and then the S8 train to the airport. Ironically, staying in central Munich and taking a direct train might be quicker. This lack of connectivity feels misleading for an airport-branded hotel. Second, there's no air conditioning at night. The room was cool in the afternoon, suggesting the facility has some AC functionality. However, at night, only a circulation fan operated (confirmed by the front desk). This left our room extremely hot and uncomfortable, especially for kids.

This is an excellent option. It was very quiet while close to the airport. The breakfast buffet was excellent, included typical North American and German food choices, as well as vegan options in deli. I will visit there again!

I would have easily given 5 stars for this excellent hotel, if not for 2 things - lack of ventilation even with windows open - unless you turn on the AC. Without AC on, too hot in the room even on a cool day. The second - noise from airplanes taking off,if you are in one of back rooms, although they didn't fly past midnight till about 6 am. Bring ear plugs if you are a light sleeper. I have to say, the airplanes these days aren't nearly as noisy as before, maybe half volume or even less. The rest of the items were perfect - great beds, amenities, cleanliness, comfy beds, restaurant on site - all 5 stars, and great price

Great location , 10 min to airport. Modern, clean, nice property. Room was clean, spacious. There is no ac. Windows are not screened. We couldn't leave it open.There was a heatwave, it was a long and hot night. Breakfast was excellent. Staff is friendly and helpful. Easy check in/out. Indoor parking 👍

1) Booked a quadruple room (4 beds), paid extra, and only issued us a room with 1 double bed and a sofa. Extremely uncomfortable. 2) Air Conditioning did NOT work in our small cramped room. 3) Only ONE bath towel in the room. 4) When asked to switch to different room - to the one I booked - they told me the only option was to pay €300 for a second room. I’ve stayed in over 800 nights in hotels and I’ve never had to pay extra for a room I didn’t receive AND didn’t even have working air conditioning. I’d seriously like to be contacted by the hotel manager for a partial refund or something else for the significant inconvenience. Thank you.
