New hotel, easy check-in without needing staff. Opening the doors via mobile phone was very convenient (there's also Wi-Fi by the main entrance, so you can unlock the doors with your phone even without internet access). Very close to the main train station, but we still felt safe and it was quiet (due to the winter season?). The city center is easily accessible on foot; the location was excellent.
There's a common room for all hotel guests with a kitchenette where everyone is welcome to cook and bake. Free drinks (coffee, soft drinks) were provided. You can also do laundry; it doesn't cost much, just €4 per load.
The only two downsides: it was not possible to connect the TV to the mobile phone via Chromecast, as there were apparently disruptions throughout the entire state. The host should have informed us about this beforehand, so we could have brought tablets or cables. This would have been important for us, as we spent more time at the hotel due to the cold weather.
Furthermore, the place smelled kind of like cheese, especially in the bathroom and kitchen... The smell wasn't coming from the pipes, but from the shower and the kitchen cabinets themselves...
Overall, we would go there again.
