High-quality parquet floors. 2 bright renovated bathrooms + guest WC. Spacious 16 square metre terrace facing south. Well-grown garden with small pond. Carport. Non-smoking house.

Short distances to Munich and the Five Lakes Region (Ammersee, Starnberger See, Wörthsee etc.). Direct S-Bahn connection (S4) to Munich - approx. 35 min. to Munich main station.

Room layout ground floor: solid wood fitted kitchen with fridge and dishwasher, large bright living/dining area facing south (approx. 34 sqm), brick tiled stove with large viewing window, bathroom with shower, separate WC, Finnish sauna for two persons, laundry room with washing machine and tumble dryer.
