This oceanfront home is professionally designed and decorated for a relaxing beach escape. It boasts hardwood floors and 10 ft ceilings on the main floor and 9ft ceilings on the 2nd floor. Spacious bedrooms and a private bathroom for everyone and an open floor plan. Park under the house and ride the elevator to the main floor where you are greeted with an expansive ocean view, along with an over-the-top kitchen, comfortable living spaces and a huge covered porch looking up and down the beach. The main floor features a full laundry room and two bedrooms as well. The top floor has 4 bedrooms and a large secondary living and entertainment area. Two of the bedrooms are located along the oceanfront and provide access to a 2nd covered deck to enjoy the great beach view! For your convenience, there is 2nd laundry room on this floor. All bathroom showers equipped with grip bars and master bath is ADA approved.

Amenities Include: Elevator, Covered Parking, Cable TV's, Wireless Internet, 2 Washer/Dryers, ADA approved master bath, Outside Hot/Cold Showers, Interior Stairs, Gourmet Kitchen with gas stovetop, 2 ovens, 2 dishwashers, 2 beverage refrigerator drawers, microwave and sub-zero refrigerator. Two Living Rooms, Wet Bar with icemaker and beverage refrigerator, Ceiling Fans, Central Air Conditioning. Pool can be heated or cooled for an additional fee of $600.00 May through September. Pool will not heat if the outside temperature is under 55 degrees. Fireplace in main floor living area is decorative only.

Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure for vacation rentals up to 3 weeks.
Linens are provided for vacation rentals up to 3 weeks long! Just show up, and beds will be made with fresh sheets and pillowcases. Bath towels, bath mats, washcloths, hand towels, and dish towels are included.

CANCELLATION & TRANSFER requests must be in writing. Payments cannot be transferred and Guest may not assign or sublease. All refunds that are not covered by insurance are subject to the property and dates being re-rented. If re-rented for less money, the shortage will be deducted from your total. The balance (less insurance premium, reservation fee, and 10% of Rent) will be refunded.
