Disappointing Stay

The hotel and our room smelled like weed. The elevator was scary and the inspection certificate was not posted in the elevator. Breakfast was bad, only waffles, dry cereal and bagels. Coffee was decent. We would not stay here again.

Don’t believe the pictures. Do more research before booking. The room had a weird smell, the elevator was ‘questionable.’ Our room door didn’t close all the way, we had to tug on it. Definitely will book different on the next trip!

Broken coffee maker they spray some type of industrial cleaning chemical. Bathroom was a mess The tub and shower had glue or calking on the bottom. We paid $185 a night!!! Stay away from this one!!!

this property is a little rough around the edges outside but inside was very clean, we were on the first floor because we have a pet and they’re very pet friendly but breakfast is very very sparse.

Cockroaches, unclean restrooms, terrible service and attitude from staff, and strange smells. I approached a staff member and asked about cancellation policy and she very rudely told me to contact Expedia. Expedia then claims it’s on the hotel to refund our money and that they can do nothing more for us. The hotel manager asks me why I contacted Expedia and I told him why and he snapped at me and told me I should have requested a room transfer! As if I knew he was the manager of the hotel. Constantly outside smoking and never greeting anyone who walks in. I simply wanted to cancel our stay that first night (we had booked 5 nights) and get another hotel, but we were forced to stay all 5 nights because of the no refund. We are from out of state so it’s not like we could just go somewhere else especially if we are being charged. Never again will we ever stay at a Quality Inn.
