Paradise Sands on yksi parhaimmista luksushotelleista, jotka sijaitsevat Garden Cityn rannalla. Tämä on 4 makuuhuoneen / 3 kylpyhuoneen talo, joka nukkuu 12 ja jota on parhaillaan kunnostettu vuodelle 2020! Uudet lattiat, maali, huonekalut ja liinavaatteet ovat vain joitain parhaillaan käynnissä olevista päivityksistä. Vain 2 korttelin päässä laiturilta tarkoittaa, että saapuessasi paratiisiin, sinun ei enää tarvitse autoa nauttiaksesi kaikesta, mitä Garden City -rannalla on tarjota.
Nauti auringonnoususta valtameren yli aamukahvin kanssa takakannelta tai auringonlaskun cocktaileista aaltojen ääneen!

Esteettömät näkymät ja upeiden valtameren ääniä ja tuulet nauttivat ovat vain muutamia etuja oleskellessasi tässä mahtavassa rantatalossa!

Jotkut muut asiat, joita voit tehdä talon lähellä, ovat
vuokrata golfkärry muutaman korttelin päässä tai kävellä pitkin kauniita Garden City -rantoja. Fantastic Home

This home was amazing and we were thrilled with the beautiful views. Convenient to the pier. Great communication with the host once we were checked in but I would’ve preferred the check in instructions a bit sooner as I didn’t get them until an hour or 2 before check in. That just made me nervous as I assumed I’d have it sooner. Light switches inside are strange and porch light on ocean side of the home wouldn’t stay on. But this home is amazing and we would love to stay again!!

Perfect for extended families

The view is amazing. Host provided chairs for the beach. There was plenty of room for everyone to sit at the table and everyone had their own bed. 3 full bathrooms made getting ready to go out easy!

Family Wedding

In town for a family wedding. Staying on the beach at Paradise Sands was paradise! 6 adults used the house with 2 bedrooms to spare. Owner very accommodating. House had everything we needed.

Thanksgiving On the Beach

We stayed Wednesday to Sunday. The house was exceptionally clean, lots of room for a large group of 11. Our favorite part is all the access to the beach, two bedrooms and a living room and dining room slider to open to hear and see the beach. At the bottom of the deck you are walking on the sand just feet from the ocean, its awesome!

Great house & beach!

This house was very nice, and clean. However, it was missing a few amenities and the family room seating was a bit sparse (for 13 guests). The property manager was very responsive and accommodating and the beach was beautiful. All in all our family had a wonderful vacation.

The layout of the house was perfect for our family. We had had both in-laws stay and it gave enough room for each of their personalities. The local was great, with local bars, restaurants and entertainment for when couples wanted to get out and most importantly, we loved getting to the beach just outside our door!!

Work Trip Get Away-TERRIFIC!!!

Fabulous beach house, ocean-front and 2 great deck spaces. Open kitchen, dining and living room great space for being together! Love the décor, upgrades and comforts of home. Adirondack chairs on the deck were so nice to sit, have coffee and watch the sunrise. Karl was a great host, welcomed us, great tips and was available if we had questions. We had a lovely stay and look forward to returning again!

The perfect beach house!

We had an absolutely wonderful time at Paradise Sands. We were a group of 13 people and everything was great! The beds were comfortable and the house is updated nicely. The location was perfect and very close to the pier. Looking out the dining room window at the ocean made me feel like I was on a cruise. Can’t wait to come back again!

Can’t Wait to Go Back

Very many years I've been coming to Garden City Beach and I must say, Paradise Sands is the absolute best house I have ever rented on the beach! Most houses that I've rented in the past were old and outdated. This house was recently remodeled and has an amazing feel to it. The furniture, bathrooms and flooring are all new. The views off of the back decks are breathtaking. I made sure to get up every morning to watch the sunrise and even saw pods of dolphins swimming by more than once! The kitchen was well stocked and the host Karl was incredible! I mentioned that I forgot a few cooking items and he had it brought to me without me even asking him! Thanks Karl!! I would give this house a 10 star review but unfortunately VRBO only allows a 5 star max. I will definitely be back!

Ok but not as expected

I will start with the positive saying Karl the owner was great! Immediately responsive to all my texts, but the house was not what i had expected for the money. I booked primarily because of a previous review that said the kitchen was well stocked to prepare thanksgiving meal for 8 people…well, I don’t know what they were cooking with! There was 1 pot holder, no broiler pan, no ice maker and only 3 ice trays with no bucket to hold ice in order to refill trays. We made a Walmart run to buy kitchen supplies that were lacking. The knobs on the vent over the stove were broken and the owner had to send his cleaner with some pliers for us to be able to turn the knobs in order to use the light and the vent. We had to buy solo cups in order to have enough glassware, lots of coffee cups, but not enough glasses. there was a cheap, plastic Mr Coffee 12 cup coffee maker. It did the job but a keireg or something a little nicer was expected for the price of the listing. There were 8 adults in our group and the house was small for that amount of people. We are all family so it was OK, but the sitting area was smaller than it looked online and not enough seating, The dining table was great for 8…square table so we gathered at table to talk and play games, etc. there were no games or puzzles at house, only a deck of cards, some ping pong balls and poker chips. The listing says there is a charcoal grill….thats a joke! It’s a small uncovered stand up grill like you find at a state park that might hold 4 burgers. It was dirty and peeling. 4 bedrooms are upstairs. The bathrooms were newly renovated and nice. there was 1 bathroom for 3 of the bedrooms and an en suite for the master. There was another full bathroom downstairs off the main living area. A small office/bedroom directly off kitchen. The main deck off living area had 4 Adirondack chairs and a bench. They had put a few beach chairs on the lower deck for us to use and a can jam game which was nice. All in all the house was pretty stripped down. No extra blankets or pillows in bedrooms or throws to use on sofas and barely equipped kitchen. The location is very convenient. At high tide the waves are right at the base of the stairs to beach, at low tide its a wonderful wide flat beach. Nice close walk to the pier and 2 1/2 mile walk the other way to sea wall. There was a broom and whisk but a vacuum would’ve been nice to keep the sand at bay on the inside floors. We won’t book again.
