I stayed at Nikko Style Nagoya for 13 days. It was wonderful. The staff are very nice and speak English which helps a lot because I don’t speak Japanese. My room was very and very clean. I really enjoyed my stay.

Terrible customer service at this hotel, AVOID!

DO NOT STAY HERE! When I checked in I’m asked to sign up for one harmony their benefits program, it comes with free drink tickets, the attendant does not give me the drink tickets. I go for coffee in the morning to get the coffee set free benefit from the cafe. The waitress does not know about the program and mass confusion ensues. Someone else comes and says we can’t use the coffee set ticket with the coffees we ordered and we also have to sit in a different area of the lobby. The coffee must also be takeaway. I say put my coffee in a takeaway cup and that’s fine I’ll move. A long conversation happens and she goes and checks with hotel management on what to do. I just wanted a coffee that was promised when I signed up for their benefits program. Just an all around horrible experience. An alarm also went off at 6:00am in the morning that we did not set, never had that happen in my life at a hotel.

The place was super huge and comfortable and the bathtub was super huge as well. Chose this place to stay as it was considered like a rest stop for us in nagoya. Though it was slightly far from the nagoya station it is still walkable. The station had many things and a huge takashimaya. Around 10min away from the hotel there's a huge donki which is not very crowded but it is more like a super market kind of donki. Overall it was a pretty peaceful area. The hotel facilities were great. The bathrobe was a 2 piece - shirt n pants which was comfortable. Everything in the hotel was pretty.
