Beautiful Naples property

House was wonderful, and very clean. Home owner was immediately responsive when we did have questions. Great price, beautiful house, yard, and neighborhood. Close to everything we wanted to do. Will definitely use this property again for our future visits!

In spite of an initial difficulty with the internet connection which according to our host was unusual, as it was, since it fixed by itself a bit later, we had a pleasant stay and be able to accomplish our tasks as planned.

Wonderful Stay in Naples, FL

This property was a perfect fit for our family of 6. The house was clean and welcoming upon arrival. My only complaint was that two of the TVs had Fire Stick but they didn’t have remotes and one was missing a charger. The host was kind and responded to my questions promptly. My family would happily stay at this property again.

Great Location but not comfortable.

We had a three week stay at the property. The checkin was easy. The location was great. We had a couple of issues and the owner responded quickly. We do appreciate David being generally easy to work with. A few items that were missing in the house he got to us pretty quickly. The main drawbacks to the property for us were that the beds were extremely uncomfortable and we were only able to control the temp of the house between 74-78 degrees. We eventually placed the mattress on the floor to even be able to sleep. When I contacted the owner about the thermostat he told me he hasn’t had a complaint in the past and that’s the temp he keeps his own place. All of us were so hot every night. The beach equipment is left outside on the side of the house and isn’t in very good condition anymore due to the exposure. The straps of all the chairs are broken.
