Home has all impact windows so you and your family can relax with peace of mind. Beautifully furnished throughout, the master bedroom has a kingsize bedroom set, one guestroom with a King size bedroom set and one bedroom with two twinsize beds. Study has a queensize sofabed for family and friends visiting. Modern kitchen with granite counter tops equipped with all you need.
Just 2 miles away from world famous Marco Island beach! You will be walking on white sandy beaches and swimming in warm gulf waters, and might even catch a playful dolphin show! Afterwards you will enjoy breathtaking sunsets and romantic walks on the beach. We fell in love with Marco Island over twenty five years ago when we would vacation with our children and dreamed of one day living in this paradise. Now our dreams have come true and have made Marco Island our full time home. Our business is family owned and operated so you will always deal directly with the owners and not a rental company. This property is aesthetically pleasing both inside and out, providing a cozy atmosphere with a luxurious feel. We were impressed by its impeccable cleanliness and prime location. Our family had a wonderful time enjoying the pool and nearby beach. We would definitely recommend this house. The host was also wonderful and responsive to questions!

The Home was above and beyond our expectations. One of the nicest homes we have rented. Love the temperature of the pool. Just a FYI. The pool is facing north …hardly any sun during the day but with the temperature of the pool being so warm you don’t need sun. Would definitely stay here again.

Amazing property and very quiet neighborhood

This was our first trip to Marco Island and won’t be our last. The house was beautiful, well maintained and spotless! The heated pool was enjoyed by all. The neighborhood is very peaceful and located close enough to anything you would need while staying here. Will certainly look to stay here again in the future! The instructions left in the guest book were clear and concise.

Stunning property!

I had questions for the property owners a couple times prior to our stay. Each time I received a response, within minutes. When we arrived, the property was absolutely stunning, pool was beautiful! My favorite spot was the Adirondack chairs on the top step of the pool! The property was perfectly located for our stay. We had everything we needed. A couple in our group went on a bike ride with the bikes in the garage. It was a great stay, everyone loved it. We will be happy to stay here again.

Absolutely wonderful!

We have stayed at this property for many years and it is always impeccably clean. Unfortunately, we had to deal with a tropical storm at the beginning of our trip but the owners were super accommodating and we were super grateful to them.
