I am writing to formally raise a serious concern regarding my recent booking experience.
The property was advertised to include two beds, but upon arrival, only one bed was provided. Additionally, we were taken to a different location within the building than originally indicated and were told we had no choice but to accept the accommodation offered.
This situation felt coercive and unacceptable—akin to being held without options. It was a clear misrepresentation of the booking, and I believe it constitutes fraudulent behavior.
I am requesting a full refund, and I strongly urge Expedia to review and reconsider listing this property to prevent similar experiences for future customers.
This experience was, in essence, a scam, and I hope appropriate action will be taken.
