Gloria was helpful, available, and so VERY polite. I would rent from her again solely based on her. However, we had many concerns on behalf of our stay. There was food garbage under the couch, beds, and dresser. The kitchen cabinets have never been cleaned properly to remove food splatter. Likewise on all walls behalves. The Tupperware and pans were NOT clean, nor was the refrigerator. The washer and dryer were absolutely disgusting and reluctantly, we washed our clothes after a beach day and they came out smelling rancid. It was a chilly week, but the pool is not heated and there is not a hot tub. The pool area is absolutely wonderful to relax in and read a book, but ensure you’re not sitting on one of the moldy cushions. There are many loose tiles around the pool, so please be careful as my daughter fell into the pool (thankfully my littles ALWYAS have life preservers on around a pool). The landscaping is absolutely stunning and truthfully the only completely wonderfully thing about the property. The outdoor kid’s area is dirty, covered in dirt and bugs, but a quick spray allowed for my littles to enjoy it! We traveled with our service animals and there was an area for them to go to relieve themselves, which was nice. There is ABSOLUTELY NO CELL SERVICE SO ENSURE TO CONNECT TO WIFI. The tvs do not work unless they have a fire stick or Roku attached. I think the potential of this listing is there, but DRASTICALLY must be cleaned. There is a Publix and liquor store.
