One level living features open layout, fully equipped kitchen, dining area with seating for 6, and comfortable living room that opens to a bright and private lanai. Master bedroom boasts a king bed, walk in closet, and en suite bath with shower. Guest room features queen bed with adjacent full bathroom. Fabulous community pool is just steps away at the end of the building. Designated covered parking spot in front of unit. Washer and dryer in unit. All linens and starter soaps provided. Beach chairs, umbrellas, pool/beach towels and cooler bag provided for use.

Conveniently located near shopping and restaurants. Marco Island beaches within 10-15 minute drive. Enjoy downtown Naples in 20-25 minutes!
