Geri Lynn at the reception desk was wonderful. She went above and beyond to ensure we hd a comfortable stay, and alway with a smile. Housekeepers were very thorough and kept the facility clean. Breakfast was very good.

Screaming pipes

I dont recommend room 221 we were woken by screaming pipes at 5:30 in the morning it lasted for 2 hours. It was horrible the second morning same screaming pipes early in the morning. I was not reinbursed for the inconvenience and believe .e it was a huge inconvenience.

Best hotel I stayed at in Nashville ….. or anywhere…. Hands down!!!! Bed is a dream. Softest sheeted, perfect pillows and like sleeping on a cloud. Breakfast the next morning was wonderful. Everything was so clean all the staff was so helpful and friendly. I would give this a 20 star rating.

Room was nice. However we were on the first floor and heard and felt everything going on above us from people walking/running to the slamming of doors. Didn’t have a very restful environment.
