The Space:
Experience Nashville like a TRUE LOCAL here on Music Row. This great apt is located 2 blocks from some of Nashville's most historic bars: Winners & Losers, Red Door Saloon, ReBar and more.

Walk right out onto Music Row and find yourself strolling past some of the greatest history Nashville has to offer – RCA Studio B, Bobby’s Idle Hour, ASCAP, Curb Records, BMI, Big Machine Records… and more! Don’t forget your camera - chances are you’ll pass by some famous faces too! It’s not uncommon to see artists and songwriters hanging out on Music Row + Midtown at all hours in this town.

The Neighborhood:
The apartment is set in Midtown, within walking distance from all the action of Music Row and Downtown. Bars, restaurants, and live music spots are steps away. Vanderbilt University and Centennial Park are also nearby.

Getting Around:
Uber or Lyft are the easiest forms of transportation to visit areas outside of walking distance!

Nice

Place was not as walkable as I would have liked but it was close to a Hop on Hop off tour bus. Make sure you use the fans in the closet but it got warm in the bedroom. Coffee machine may need to be updated or I could just not know how to make coffee. Everything was clean which is a huge bonus. I think price may have been a little high for what it was but over all it was good stay.

Great Girls Trip

Property was perfect. I took my daughter and 2 of her friends to Nashville. Plenty of room. Girls were able to stay up in the living room while I went to bed early. Safe easy walk to Gulch and Broadway. We also Ubered a few times and that was very easy and affordable. Great spot!!

Great location

We were in town to see a show and visit our son who has an apartment in midtown. It was great to be able to walk between the Cozy Midtown place and his apartment. We also enjoyed walking to H&S Bagel for breakfast, Velvet Taco for dinner, and Baked Bear for a late night treat. There were always other people around, but not crowded. It was very easy to drive downtown from this location, as well. We saw a few people at a nearby Trolley stop (we might try that next time). The apartment was great for our trip: come and go easily, full kitchen so we didn’t have to eat out every meal, two beds (so many one bedrooms seem to have one bed and a pullout couch; two beds were great so we could keep the couch a couch and the living room was always ready to watch a movie or play a board game), free parking, basic supplies (coffee, cooking oil, shampoo, dish soap, etc…), very quiet neighborhood, etc. We would definitely recommend and stay here again.

Clean little place.

There were just two of us and the two beds were nice to have. The building and parking lot were safe. The unit’s living space was plenty big enough. The deco was groovy and fun.

Older place with good location

Older place is cozy and has good location. The unit is out dated and the tub does not drain. Kitchen and bath need to be remodeled. Has great location 25 min walk to broadway but there is plenty of food and entertainment next to apartment. Apartment is right next to RCA studios. Price for unit is a little high compared to other newer VRBOs in area.

Great location!

The location was great and a cute little apartment that suited our needs wonderfully! The bathroom needs a lot of cosmetic updates and the tub requires fixing(doesn’t drain when showering) but all in all nice spot. Property manager was super attentive and quick to bring us toilet paper as we didn’t have any upon arrival. Parking was free and we felt safe when departing and arriving at any hour of the day.

Long weekend stay

The host was very clear and great in communicating with me regarding the check in process. The neighborhood was very fun and had a lot of dining and drinking establishments with in. 5 to 10 minutes. The condo was fair. The bathroom is in need of some improvements such as paint and caulking around the tub. It looked like a well used rental. The bed didn't have a fitted sheet on it which was uncomfortable and could just be a personal gripe. The one bed that had it had some unpleasant stains on the mattress pad which was covered up with a pillow case. That is unacceptable. This was noticed upon leaving and stripping the bed. Walking down to lower Broadway was around 35 to 40 minutes and Uber was very accessible. It was fair for price paid but improvements are definitely needed.
